PDI stands for Pre-Delivery Inspection. Every scooter we sell goes through this process to make sure that it meets our standards before being delivered. PDI is required for your warranty. Our PDI charge includes the money we paid to have the scooter shipped to us and the cost of our mechanic to assemble, inspect, adjust, and prep the scooter. This also includes a full tank of 93 premium fuel, fresh fluids, and FL State battery & tire fees.
Each scooter is prepped once it sells so that you have a brand new battery, fresh fuel and fluids. When we are really busy most scooters don't make it out of the crate before they sell! It takes our mechanic time to go through your new scooter's PDI to make sure that it is ready for its new home. Scooters are prepped in the order that they sell, so if we have had a lot of sales it may take us awhile. As always we appreciate your patience.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we had to streamline our business. This included closing our showroom and moving to online sales and mobile service. Since we are mobile we don't have someone in the office all day. So an appointment is necessary to make sure someone is there.
We are fully mobile! So we come to you! We do not have a public shop where you can drop scooters off to be worked on. This helps keep us streamlined so you are not waiting weeks for you scooter to be repaired.
We ask so many questions about your scooter to not only make sure that it meets our requirements for service but to make sure we have the parts needed to help get you back on the road.
Unfortunately, being a mobile scooter service means we have to be more selective of the scooters we work on. The older the scooter is the harder it is to not only get parts but stock parts for testing. This means we have had to make the decision to not work on any vintage scooters or mopeds. Simple services like an oil change or tire replacement may be available at the mechanics discretion
